Arachnid Cricket Pro 750 Electronic Dartboard Features 36 Games with 175 Variations for up to 8 Players

I live in New Zealand and ordered this from Amazon on what would have been Sunday in the US. Well it got delivered the following Friday which I thought was amazingly quick considering it had visited 3 cities in the US, plus Hawaii and Australia en route to NZ. I was very impressed as the cost of shipping of this pretty large item was quite low as well. However, when I put it up and started playing, I found 2 complete segments - 12 and 18 - wouldn't register at all, although occasionally a hit half way up the 12 would register as a bullseye. I was very disappointed to say the least.I contacted Amazon through their online chat and within 5 minutes I was advised that a new one was on it's way and my account had been credited with $10. I was quite happy about that. I received the new one a few days later, after receiving an email that it was delayed by 1 day due to a mechanical problem with a plane or truck. I had a bit of a laugh about the size of box the new one had been shipped in - it was huge, much bigger than the first one. They obviously wanted to ensure this one didn't get damaged en route!Anyway, when I put this one up, I'm happy to say it works perfectly and it's a lot of fun. I read in other reviews that the darts aren't the best and that the flights fall out quite easily, and I definitely concur. I'm a complete newby so wouldn't have known that other darts don't have the same problem. So at some stage I'll buy some new darts. In the meantime it's not that big a deal for me.My only concern now is that I received an email stating that unless Amazon receive the old non-working dartboard back by the end of the month, they'll charge me for the second one they sent me. When I went to ship it back to Amazon, I found that return shipping to the US was extremely expensive. The cheapest I could find was $90 US, which was at least double what it cost for shipping to NZ. However, I have confirmed twice with 2 different Amazon online chat people, that the shipping cost will be refunded to me, although I'll have to wait 60 days from when they receive it. The funny thing is that the 2nd person advised me that they'd received the faulty dartboard back already and everything was resolved. Very strange considering it was right next to me at the time. Anyway, I've now shipped it back and hopefully everything will work out in the end.All in all, it's a great dartboard, and a lot of fun, and I don't blame Amazon for the faulty one and in my opinion Amazon have been great to deal with and would say their customer service is top notch.

This is my first dart board set and I want it to be a family game for my wife and children. It was easy to set up and the board works well so far. I did an initial set up to make sure it works and played 2 501 games on it and 2 cricket games. I only put it up to test that it is working and took it back down. I am new to darts, so this is an exhilarating experience for me. Everything works well and mounting was not a great challenge, just ensure you line up the holes properly, I ended up drilling 2 lower holes LOL.The only disappointment were that 2 of the black darts, the tips were unable to fit, so I had to do a bit of engineering and slip a strip of paper in to get it to wedge properly without pulling out of the shaft when removing from the dart board. I realize that there is a thin membrane in the holes which is why it is so difficult to remove at first, so over time you will find that it should get easier.The darts that came with it has good weight and feels good to throw, I will suggest to all though, have a rubber mat placed on the floor below the board to preserve the tips as you will have a few bounce outs as you do with every dart board. The rubber mats will cushion the tips and reduce bending. Maybe Arachnid can put these into production and I will get royalties from the production. We purchased this item in Nov 2023. We used it one time and it all worked well. When we tried to use it in March 2024, the board died. The board lit up when we plugged it in, got very bright, and went dead. When we contacted Arachnid tech support, we were told it was not their board but to contact another company, Escalade. We have contacted them but were told they only have a 90-day warranty. We are waiting to see if they will assist after sending in our purchase invoice. I will update this review once we hear back.Updated review - I changed our review from one star to four stars due to the phenomenal customer service. We were sent a new board, at no charge, and it works pretty well. The only issue with the board is that the bullseye section does not always score when a dart embeds in the section. We have learned to just push the dart in a bit further. All other options work great.

Great for family fun. Loaded with a lot of games, something for everyone.
