I like it but it just doesn't fit my Flex Volt Dewalt worm gear saw that great.

Examine this Item closely with your saw nearby.
I have 2 saws and this will not work on either.I have an older Makita with a bottom plate far too wide to even fit inside the shoe.I have a new Hychika cs-185c (Amazon) that will only fit in backwards leaving the adjustable guide set to the rear so no way to begin a guided cut.If I try to put the new saw in properly the hole for the blade is not there. Not being a skilled carpenter I wasted a lot of time trying to get this to work as it does glide easily.I'd give it a better rating but there was no words of caution.LaterLooking more closely at the listing the plate I bought was for a Worm drive saw... I don't remember seeing this... but could be my fault. I think if this fit it would work fine.I have not used it yet but I did use the saw itself to cut new slots in the plastic base and the widened them... a little loose in the rear but may work.

Major time saver works great
I needed to make plywood strips for a job and this product made it fast easy and accurate! I could not be more satisfied. I am glad it was as simple as it looked.

parts incomplete; inconsistent with instructions
I had high hopes and expectations for this tool; alas, no joy.The assembly/instructions are at odds with the parts included in the (factory sealed, blister) package; not enough of some parts, too many of other parts, unclear identification of parts, confusing (and contradictory) text instructions, combined with unclear and obfuscated pictures.I am not brave enough to attach the sled and guide to a rapidly spinning saw blade and hope that I retain all my apendages . . . lamentable and irresponsible for a manufacturer to produce and sell such a product with potential for such risk.

Almost got it right...huge let down
They out the rolling guide way to far forward, and it had even more play than the original skilsaw rip fence, you can only use the guide 90% of the way, then it rolls off the edge along with the front wheel causing an undesirable effect, and sub par cut, I really had high hopes for this thing but it just doesnt live up to the hype whatsoever, huge let down.

Not as good as hoped.
It does save some time, but an experienced person can make as straight of a cut following a chalk line.
