I can definitely tell the difference. I’m currently on my second bottle and this will be in my rotation forever of how it controls my appetite, my energy, my skin (THE GLOW, CHEF’s KISS). I tried and wanted to find a better brand, the brand I bought didn't do what this one did and it cost more. Best thing about the other brand was less sugar. so I will continue using this one. it did many things, not just one. I felt great when I started and still do, amazing stuff. wondering if I could buy it raw, if it would be more potent. but if not done right, would taste too fishy.

The product tastes good,but Ian on my third bottle and I don't see any of these health benefits that they are talking about like energy and asking glowing,I don't even know why is. Still buying it .
