No ingredients, just “proprietary blend”…
It’s hard to tell if these will work. I was disappointed in the ingredients list. It just says “proprietary blend”. The website description says African oil palm and orange peel extracts. The capsules are easy to swallow. The bottle is huge compared to the small amount of capsules in the bottom of it (huge waste of plastic). It’s hard to tell if things like this really help, but I am willing to give it a shot. It says it’s meant to support cholesterol levels that are already within normal ranges. It is made in Canada. Also, it doesn’t have this on the bottle, but under website description it has a California proposition 65 warning: California Proposition 65 Warning: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and mercury, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.I don’t think I’ll buy these again.

Well Tolerated..No Issues
When taking a cholesterol formulation, you really need a blood test baseline to see what happens with your HDL levels before and after sustained use of something like the Bell HDL Formulation. You also need to give it about 90 days or more to get an optimal result. Lastly, you should log your dietary intake to make sure it is the supplement and not a change in your diet and the volume of food you eat and types of food that boosts your HDL. I believe taking these supplements, regular exercise, and smart eating habits all contribute together to boost HDL levels with the science pointing to exercise as the single most impacting metric. I've fought to raise a historically low HDL level, but after a sustained weight loss program over 4 years where I lost over 120 pounds, my HDL is now between "normal" and "above average" and I still take supplements like this.

At first I thought these are too expensive...
...then I looked at similar products and this is actually quite a good deal for a month's supply. The product is made in Canada and Bell has a good reputation (I looked them up as they have a website).Really no taste and I experienced no side effects taking my first capsule, but too early to know if this will improve my bloodwork.I did read up on the ingredients and according to the American Chemical Society, the compound found in orange peel shows a potential to lower cholesterol effectively as compared to some prescription drugs, and without side effects. This was based on a study by U.S. and Canadian researchers. So many variables go into cholesterol levels, including a hereditary factor, but given the ingredients and the reputation of the manufacturer of this product, I am hopeful. I would try this first over some of the $50 products that claim to have the same results.

Hung jury.
These are kind of expensive for an herbal remedy first off. However, if you worry about taking prescription drugs, these may be right for you. They of course add a disclaimer of “this product is a dietary supplement intended to support healthy cholesterol levels already within normal levels.” Shouldn't they help to actually lower it? That really seems to be what this product wants you to think if you just glance at it. Even the "Heart healthy formula with cleansing properties": text on the box would lead you to believe that.To be absolutely fair, the only way to really test this is to get labs drawn before and after use for a month, without any major dietary or exercise changes, to get an accurate feel of if they actually work or not. I can say there hasn’t been any ill effects from it. I may actually get another bottle and do the testing, just to see if anything actually changes, and update later. While I am giving this a fair rating, mostly due to no ill effects, I am also staying neutral on a recommend/don’t recommend because I have no proof of it working or not working…yet!

Great
Been taking these for over a month and I noticed a difference withing a few weeks. Will continue taking the Cholesterol Heath and will be going back to my doctor in a few months to get blood work done again to see how my numbers have changed along with the diet and exercise regiment I'm on.
