Not Halex but oh well
Well it’s not a halex but you get what you pay doesIt is noticeably lower quality than a halex board hence the lower price for this.Still it works well and serves its purpose in the garage.

Just get different darts
We wanted a dart board for our garage, and we didn't want the cheap plastic kind. This one is sturdy, and it's going to last us a long time. It was made well. However, I'd definitely get different darts because the ones that came with this board are trash.

Like. My adult son requested one for Christmas, he loves it and we did purchase additional more professional weighted darts along with this.

ooohhhh.... I did not realize you must "unfold" the flights !! ...
So... after discovering that... I thought the set is okay for the $$$. However, like others have said... the bullseye is pretty darn solid and would take a strong throw to stick. The board shows all the hits... maybe after a thousand throws, or so, it will loosen up.
