I ordered this product for my 87 y/o Mother to use for her dry eye drops!
Assembly instructions are extremely unclear. From the diagram it appears a part is missing but I'm not sure, it may be the way its drawn. Very confusing. Another part is supposed to fit over the eye drops nozzle and where it screws into the cap.....it does not! ( Now, this is assuming I understood the instructions! ) As far as I am concerned this product doesn't work. I am definitely returning!

Inset & removed eye drop bottle with care
So this eye drop bottle support / equipment does work; but has to be really careful to avoid contamination1; when insert and remove the eye drop bottle from this thing, has to be very carefully by NOT touching the tip of the bottle to avoid contamination.2; when place on topOf the nose again the tipOf the eye dropBottle not touching the eye.It seems like a lot of trouble just trying to put one drop into the eye but at the end of the day it does help and can accurately & successfully placing the drop into the eye. Other than that, that’s it, would I buy this again; well; I really expected to last, and if it breaks kbs day, then maybe by then I can find something less trouble / easier to use the eye dropBottle.( Ps; make sure to remove the top part then insert the eye bottle then put the topPart back and make sure to hear a Snap sound )

Not easy to use. Once I get my bottle in it won’t stay in one position. Waste too many drops trying to aim correctly

Praxtice makes Perfect
I have had surgery on both of my eyes. Dr ordered many eye drops to be given 3 times a day. I live alone & was "Not Able" to give myself the eye drops successful. For a while my neighbors helped me but due to the length of time involved I needed to become more self reliant. After 4 months I am still giving myself the required eye drops now twice a day. I am partially blind in my right eye which complicates the delivery of my eye drops. I have learned practice makes perfect. Don't give up. I am very successful. Would highly recommend. this eye drop aid as it really works great for me. I did not find the negative comments to be sourceful. See me SMILE 😃 and my Dr. is pleased with my results. Laying flat on my back helps the correct delivery of eye drop
