The 'people of the company' seem to be just a excellent as the 'products' of the company.
I bought the Rev-A-Shelf 14" Tip-Out Plastic Sink Trays for Kitchen and Bathroom Base Cabinet, Pull Out Vanity Shelf Home Organizer, White, 6572-14-11-52 and I love it. The space was wasted and now it is functional thanks to this product. Please note that while the promo video shows both 45 and 90 degree angle hinges... I learned that the 45's come with products sold in the US and the 90 degree hinge aka 'Euro Hinge' are shipped to Europe. Some distributors in the US sell the Euro hinges but they sell them in packages of 10. I suggested that they offer them for sale in 2 packs so I hope they do offer that as the 45 degree hinges do not work for every US application. I did have an issue with the company and was referred to Amazon since they did the fulfillment They sent me directly to a RevAShelf company representative who responded very quickly and while not directly able to help me, they were able to get me to someone who could help me. Everything was handled very quickly to my pleasant surprise and I am now excited to try other products that the company offers. The product I ordered came quickly, was easy to install and is working as desired allowing me to hide unwanted scrub brushes, sponges, sink stoppers, etc. The product is easy to clean up, easy to remove if the bin needs to be cleaned or replaced and they offer just the plastic holders should you not need the hinges or want to change the bins out in the future. They offer many sizes so finding a great fit is easy to do. I would definitely work with this company again. If you do have an issue do not be afraid to reach out to them directly. It took several people before I was able to be helped but they accomplished that fairly quickly and quite satisfactorily in the end with minimal pain on my part other than to restate my problem several times and provide some additional information that they requested. All in all they were easy to work with and the 'people of the company' seem to be just a excellent as the 'products' of the company.

Read MY instructions before you start!
The instructions that came with the product are not wrong, but I think mine are better and will save you work and swear words... Read my instructions before you start! And read theirs. And decide which will work better for your case.Instructions:Order of assembly:0) Before you start, check the flip-out tray to make sure you will have enough clearance to the sink! If not, make a plan and think it through before you start.1) Mark the CORNERS of the drawer front opening from the inside, IN PENCIL. You will want to erase the pencil marks later! Take the drawer front out. Do NOT remove the plastic or wood clips that hold the drawer front in position verticaly! You will want them later.2) The two hinges are different! One is left, and one is right. Attach the hinges to the face frame inside opening edges, typically aligned to the bottom corners of the opening.3) Put the drawer front back in. Line it up properly side to side, aligned to the door below it.4) From the inside of the cabinet, use a pencil to mark the hole positions in the hinge plate on the drawer front.5) Take the drawer front back out.6) You can remove the old drawer front attachment clips now, since they will interfere in following steps7) If you will add a drawer knob or pull, mark its position now, and drill the holes. Match the height to adjacent drawer pulls! They are not always centered vertically.7) Mark the holes for the flip out tray. Make sure it will clear top and bottom when closed.8) Before you drill the holes, mark the drill bit with a piece of tape to show the required drill depth. Drill the holes for the hinges and the flip-out tray. Be careful not to drill all the way through!8) Before you attach the drawer front to the hinges, temporarily install all the screws to the correct depth. This will thread the holes so that the screws are much easier to drive when attaching the drawer front to the hinges. You can leave the two screws for the flip-out tray in place.9) Flip the hinges out to the 45 degree position. Start all four hinge screws into the drawer front, and screw them in far enough so they do not fall out. Use a right-angle philips screw driver to get them started. (You will include one of these $0.10 screw drivers in future shipments, or switch to allen head screws and allen wrench!)10) Carefully close the drawer front, so the screws don't fall out. Crawl under the sink. While holding the drawer front against the cabinet with one hand, tighten all four screws most of the way, until the drawer front is still loose enough to adjust side-to-side. From the outside, adjust the drawer front side-to-side to align with the cabinet door below. Open the drawer front to the 45 degree position and fully tighten all four screws using the right angle philips screwdriver.11) Attach the knob or drawer pull, if desired.12) Attach the flip-out tray and tighten its screws.

Why didn’t I think of this
Excellent product! I remodeled my bathroom and used these for additional storage for my toothbrush, face creams, etc. Note: You have to close the doors gently to avoid your items from falling out, because the closing mechanism springs back fast. The installation was not easy, I had someone else to install them before the countertop was installed.

Convenient storage.
Installed these myself and am very happy with them. The first one took twice as long but once I figured out how to measure and layout on my drawer face, it was no problem. The only real challenge was the last two screws, you almost need another pair of hands to hold the hinge open while you install the screw.
