I had to install it on the door instead of the frame since our frame is beveled. Works great and stops my toddler from slamming doors or getting closed in rooms alone. It very easily rotates to close her door at bed time or close the bathroom door. We have 4 now.

My toddler loves slamming doors, so we installed this on some doors, it was quick and easy! When the doors close it bounces off with no damage. It’s a cheap and easy way to stop doors being slammed. It’s worth every penny!

We bought this product in order to keep the basement door from fully closing, as that is where our cat’s food and litter box is located.Make sure you mount this so that when toggling between the open and closed positions, the 180° swing passes the 12 o’clock position. I initially mounted this the other way and the lock mechanism is so weak that even the slightest touch would cause the stopper to fall from the 9 o’clock/open position to the 6 o’clock position, thus looking our cat out of the basement. I will say the sticker is really strong because when pulling it off to remount it, it pulled the paint off my door so make sure you mount this the correct direction the first time! It honestly did not occur to me that the latch would be so weak that it couldn’t hold it in the functional position.Now that we have it mounted correctly, it is serving our purpose well and is preventing our cat from getting locked out of her litter and food area. We like how easy it does to switch it to the position where you can actually fully close the door for when we have guests and need to keep her downstairs.

Our special-needs son loves to keep closing the doors but doesn't know how to open it yet so is constantly asking us to open it. We tried other brands, but they kept breaking. This one has held up so far, and the best part is that you don't even have to remove it when it's not in use. You only need to turn it back around and viola you can close the door again! It takes like one second, literally. A real lifesaver for us!

Have repurchased this several times. Very easy to install & I'm sure it won't be difficult to remove. Great door stopper to prevent toddlers & young children from getting hurt. Like the functionality of it as well as ease of use. Would be good for both short & long term. Great value for money & I would definitely recommend!

But, when we were moving houses, the paint came off of the door.

Bought this so I can keep my basement door mostly closed while still giving the cats access so they can get to their litter boxes. Went on easy, operates smoothly, what more can you ask for?
