Works great, but not for heavy shower heads.
I installed a “canopy” brand showerhead and they’re quite large and heavy because they have a filter inside. I noticed after the installation that they do not swivel. So I ordered this connector which is basically a swivel elbow. Installation was easy, but the showerhead was so heavy that it kept Going all the way back down on its own. Being a little handy, I kind of took the connector apart and added an extra gasket, which made the ball rotate very tightly. I put everything back together and now it works perfectly. I know I had to adjust the connector, which is not a good thing, but I was able to get it to work and happy. For regular use it should be perfect! If you have a very large and heavy showerhead, you will have to either use a different product or do what I did.

Works great, feels like quality
Used this to add a bit more angular adjustment to the existing shower head -- to accommodate all members of the family using it. Chrome color matches the existing fixtures. Solid construction, includes the teflon sealing tape, no-brainer to install, and has enough friction to easily hold a 4" showerhead in place, yet is still pretty easy to adjust. No leaks. Does exactly what I needed. Why didn't I do this sooner?

Nice Shower Head Extender - Buy This Now!
Needed the shower head a bit lower for my height challenged partner. Found this one. Lowered it just enough. but it also allowed more side to side movement for my shower head. Made it easier to maneuver the head around. I love it.

Worked as it should
It worked as it should but I think my shower head may be too heavy. After about 6 months it does not hold the weight up to well.

Mom likes it
My mom moved into a new house but her shower was spraying across the tub instead of pointing down due to the angle of the shower head. This installed allows the shower head to be pointing down now. Mom approved !It fit perfect and the included Teflon tape allowed for a leak proof connection. Tnx

Kind of works..
The media could not be loaded. It works to angle the shower head side to side, but if you’d like it to point the shower farther out, it does not work. Just okay. The brushed nickel doesn’t match my brushed nickel shower head but this was my third try for an adapter and settled for this
