Strong and capable replacement for Costco (wooden) greenhouse
Better quality and stronger parts than the one supplied on the Costco greenhouse, little bit on the costly side, but check around these things are not that cheap.Works perfectly.Easy to fit, easier than the Costco one, hah., and yes does fit wood too, has fittings to work with metal or wood (at a minimum).Looks fine.

Works great in our greenhouse!
We installed 5 of these on the lift-up (2) and lift out (3) windows of our shed-attached, lean-to greenhouse. We’ve had them about a month now and they are working great! They automatically open the flap windows wider and wider as the temps in the greenhouse rise during the day. And close them as temps drop in the evening. We installed the heavier duty (for 30 lbs and under)—which installed fairly easily although the instructions were a bit vague—and have had no issues at all. We are very happy with this purchase.

works fine, but instructions are a bit iffy
ok, so this is going on a palram mythos greenhouse, which the box says it will fit. Well, sort of. the bottom bracket has a variety of hole sizes, so yes that fit the existing bolts fine. The upper bracket--not so much. I had to file those larger to use the bolts that fit the greenhouse frame. The instructions are a bit vague. It says if your vent opens more than a certain amount to use the upper hole. Well, a mythos vent will open more than 90 degrees, but apparently the company meant for you to check how far it will open AFTER you install the bracket but before attaching the opener bit. I found it impossible to screw the piston into place until I moved the setting to the 2nd hole. It is opening and closing fine, although I wish it would open the vent wider. it is 84 degrees today and the vent is open 9.5".

Over Priced JUNK
Very flimsy I used it on a super light and 12x16 window and when it shut it was still half open. Wish I never purchased and drilled those holes in my window frame. Manually works 1000% better. You can't shut this in a storm unless it gets below 50 degrees. I adjusted it as the instructions said but didn't matter. Manually you know their open or when they're shut no guessing with this junk!!

Works great
It's a bit tricky to install at first but once it's in, it does do the job. I have two of these. One on each greenhouse window. Love that they vent it for me. Worth the money. It does hold up. We had a wind storm and one window flew off. It was one without the opener. When we got the new window, we decided to put an opener on it too.

worked great for a couple years before it broke
It worked well for my cold-frame for a couple years, before it broke. The metal used is some pretty low grade pot metal for the connection that broke. I'll probably fabricate something stronger and see if it will last a bit longer. I did order a new one in the meantime (I'll update this if it it comes with a better part).

Sturdy greenhouse window opener
Super sturdy, much easier to assemble than the one that came with my greenhouse kit. I replaced my previous opener because it snapped in the wind. The Anleolife is built from much thicker metal and opens wider than mine did. Ordered a second to replace my other old one.

Very sturdy and heavy duty
I made a homemade cold frame out of oak pallets which made the lid about 12#'s. So I bought this extra strong lift and removed the springs just to make sure I didn't over load it. It worked perfectly! And then on the hotter days I just squeezed the quick disconnect and proped the lid open until I got home at night and then reconnected it, as to allow the lid to close on its own as the ambient air cooled. Awesome product at a great price. I am going to build another cold frame or 2 this coming spring and will be definitely buying this again for them.
