Works great
I picked this up for my homeschooled daughter in a renewed state, and we weren't disappointed. The laptop arrived in very good condition with everything as described. The battery holds as it should, recharges quickly, and the entire thing starts up fast. The display is great for what she uses it for. We're totally satisfied.

Nice and light but the touchpad is awful
Very light at less than three pounds.But the touchpad is a bear to use, and I have tried but not able to get comfortable with it. I have had no problems with touchpad from Dell, HP, etc.The battery is barely usable at slightly more than two hours, which explains why the light weight.

Great customer service.
While we had a little issue with the refurbished item the customer supper was fantastic, immediately issued a laid return label, and shipped a replacement immediately. The replacement is working great.

Great laptop but DOA
These have always been great laptops but I just received mine and it was DOA. The power supply registered 20 volts as needed but the laptop would not turn on. Someone did not do their job before shipping it out. Shipping this one back and reordering one of the same.

Great seller
Bought two 2️⃣ laptops for work. Everything was working perfectly fine. All laptops were in an excellent conditions.

Disappointed
I got the same laptop from the same seller within 7 months. The first one was great but my dog spilled hot tea on it. The second one has not been as good as the first one. The keyboard is not the right one for the model. The 3 bottoms in the mouse pad don't work (I didn't care about it as I barely use them). After few months of buying it, I realized it doesn't have Bluetooth, so now I have to buy an adapter. The performance is not as good as the first one. Sadly, I moved overseas and missed the return window . Very disappointed.

Great, not perfect
Everything seems good, however there are a few pixels that do not go all the way to black... you can see them on a black screen.
