I wanted to start taking the supplement after doing a little bit of research. I have been off of birth control since August 2024 because I didn’t like how I felt and just wasn’t myself after stopping my cycle became all over the place and or absent I decided why not let me give this supplement a chance. I started taking this in January 2025 hoping that my cycles would become somewhat regular so I started very slowly introducing the supplement by doing two tablets daily instead of doing four tablets. My cycle came a month and a half later and then it was time to order my next bottle and my period came in 28 days which is amazing. I also lost about 12lbs from Jan-March. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who has absent periods or their irregular especially coming off of hormonal birth control I started tracking my cycles naturally, so this definitely helped me get back on track. I am now doing three tablets a day and will up it to the four tablets when I order the next bottle. Ten out of ten would highly recommend 🖤

Hi Everyone,So I have had PCOS for the last 9 years (was when the gyne informed me). My period has been VERY IRREGULAR, it would come like 3 times for the year IF so much 🤷‍♀️ and when it does come its like 9 or 10 days, sometimes more. 🤦‍♀️ I was 140lbs when I was diagnosed and ofc the go to for the doctors were metformin and birth control, did that for a while and GAINED SOOOOO MUCH WEIGHT to the point where I actually feel really uncomfortable with myself and hates wearing fitted clothes to go out. I stopped treatment on my own about 4 years ago but the weight didn't go anywhere. I literally watch what I eat but it doesn't help much. I've experienced almost all the signs and symptoms of PCOS, hair loss, excessive hair growth, ACNE, irregular cycles, depression, anxiety, sugar cravings, WEIGHT GAIN.... and the list can go on.Recently someone mentioned this product to me and I've been doing my research into it and it seems okay so I've decided to give it a try. Reason I'm putting this review will be to update my progress and hope it works and helps others like myself. I currently weigh 190lbs at least that was the last time I checked. I would be updating this post as time past, maybe every 3 months 🤷‍♀️ as I purchased a 3 month supply. So I'll keep everyone updated I guess.UPDATE 28:FEBRUARY:2022So if I'm being honest I haven't been the most consistent with taking the capsules 😖 but this is the first time my period came 3 months in a row (December, January and February). I am amazed by this product. I still have a lot of acne, have not weighted myself since, I have less anxiety and not as depressed. I've been switching jobs recently sooo I haven't really settled into a routine to cooperate regular exercise but I do still try to get it in. I mean I'm not saying these capsules will work overnight but it's definitely a start and for the FIRST TIME IN 9 YEARS my period came 3 months consecutively. And I have not been as consistent. I ordered a 3 month supply and my 2nd bottle is almost finished. I will be putting in a greater effort to remain consistent and hopefully when I update again I'll have better feedback and pics.17: January: 2023Alright soooo my consistency game is not the greatest, nothing much has changed since my last update and that's mainly my fault... I go through periods of depression where I stop taking everything because what's the point? Imagine being female and the one thing you're suppose to be able to do, you can't 😕. Did further research and I saw drinking spearmint tea 1 hour before bed along with myoinositol and zma helps the body relax... LET ME JUST CONFIRM ITS THE TRUTH. I wake up feeling well rested and refresh. I've started the keto diet as well. So I'll try to be more consistent so my updates can be closer together.

I used to love this item. They went ahead and changed the ingredients and the pill size! Wish I had known, I wouldn't have ordered it again. 3/12 Revised: they did offer a refund as I was not happy with the new product. They were quick to respond to my review and make things right. I appreciate that type of communication. Revised from 1 star to 4 for handling the problem.

Slows down the chin hair from growing. On second bottle

I have always taken 3 a day, and then I took some this morning, and it said take 4 instead of 3, ok so further look on the bottle and the ingredients that are being boasted here, are no longer being displayed on the bottle, I had my old bottles to compare it to. Which I will assume does not contain the folate, herbs anymore. I felt like I needed to switch brands anyway, because these are not as effective as they use to be...and nothing significant has changed in my life. Those other ingredients I think really helped me. I can take these everyday and still won't get my cycle, and on the old formula, I was getting it every month...this will be my last bottle, thanks nutri for the years it worked on me!

Was hit hard with massive hot flashes, horrible irritability and heart palpation in the middle of the night. Waking up soaking wet. Well test states I'm in menopause I feel I hit a curb at 100 miles an hour. So I researched over the counter for high LH and came across this. I feel like my old self within 5 days hot flashes diminished 80% now two weeks later order my second bottle. Will say this if you miss a dose whoo you will know it.. That's how I knew it really work's and it's natural. Great product .
