My podiatrist recommended I get this exact brand and style with the orange on the tops and they really help my feet. Easy to cut with a sharp scissors to fit. They stay in place. I've never worn insoles before. I am a believer in them now!I have bunions and no pad left and though the support seems to mostly be think in the heel area, they seem to be making my walking a lot more comfortable. Walked two miles in them and my feet didn't hurt and no nerve pain that starts usually in my left little toes at the end.

Aging athlete here, 10 years out from foot surgery on the ball of my foot. These things allow me to run and jump and give my feet all the tlc they need. I put them in all my sneakers. Strong recommend!

I had bought some before from a shoe store. I didnt want to go there for another pair during the holidays as they are busy. So I found them on here. They are the same thing!! I was able to use my old pair to trim these to fit and my feet are happy. I will continue to buy these as needed. They work perfectly for the shoes I like that have no arch supports. I have an extra bone in my foot at the arch and these are so comfy!!

Finally, after 6 different inserts I found one that is evenly cush throught the entire foot. So many have still arch or cushion down the middle. Very happy with these

Another update: I’ve been wearing these for 2 weeks now and I’m not satisfied at. Despite thickness of insert, I do not find much comfort in them. My feet are still sore after 1 hr hike in my Hoka trail shoes. Because of the thickness, I find my feet sit higher in the shoe now. This causes friction on my heel and compression in toe box. I’ve tried placing these in other gym shoes and I have same issues. I’m very sad these are a disappointment for me.Update: I had to decrease down to two stars. Due to not having any lines or guide to cut insert for my specific size 9 women’s, it made things difficult. I used my hookah shoe insert to cut these new inserts and it was still a challenge. These inserts do not sit well in my shoes. But I do find the cushion of insert very comfortable.Original:I just received these and I’m impressed with the comfort priority to placing in my Hoka trail shoes.They are very cushy with good arch support. I can’t wait hike with them in my shoes.Only reason for 4 star is they don’t have size markings on the bottom of insert. Makes it hard to cut for specific shoe size
