Pretty Sturdy!!
The pans are sturdy, they were used for a large pan of macaroni and cheese and they were strong enough to carry the weight of all of the ingredients without bending. They were sturdier that a lot of aluminum pans I've used before.

These pans are very sturdy.They function wellHowever, I use them as kitty litter insert pans inside the regular plactic litter- pan .
