Very fresh flavor, reminded me of the taste of my very first bite of a fresh raw Georgia peanut, grown by and handed to me, for the harvest taste test, by my Grandpa Wood, on his peanut farm, Sandefur Lane, Kathleen, Georgia, back in 1962, as he asked me, "Is it time for harvest?" Very nice focus and then some more benefits. Impressed to know Yankees are finally making the World a better place. Thank you for the focus, I needed to remember that wonderful memory of childhood. No thanks, I don't need a job but I do expect you will keep up your "strive for excellence." When Sandefur Lane was paved it became a Road. Certaily miss that slippery as ice Georgia red clay.

First a plug for American ginseng. Chinese practitioners refer to ginseng as either hot or cool. Chinese ginseng is considered hot and Korean ginseng even more so. American ginseng is 'cool'. My doctor/acupuncturist said the 'hot' ginseng tends to make any inflammatory condition worse. Not so with American ginseng.Dairyland is a great company and very reliable. If there is a problem with your order, they will make it right. I think you get a better price on the fresh ginseng because you do some of the processing yourself. Cleaning, removing the root hairs, trimming off the top bit and using a knife tip to clean out any crevices which may contain grit. Then I cut into the right size and put into grain alcohol with a little water.

I hope you guys will sell 6 year old ginseng someday. It has better effects and flavor.

Good. But one piece was start to rot. I would rather buy dried ones. I want to add sth couple of weeks later. I believe that fresh ginseng retains virtually all of its medicinal properties, whereas processed products inevitably lose some nutrients. I would kindly ask the seller to handle the harvesting process with great care, ensuring the ginseng remains intact without any damage. Additionally, allowing the ginseng to air-dry properly is crucial to prevent spoilage during transportation. I look forward to trying it again in the future. 我觉得新鲜的人参在药用成分上几乎没有任何损失，而加工后的成品多多少少会有一些营养成分的流失。希望卖家在挖取时能特别小心，保护人参的完整性，避免损伤任何部分。此外，适当风干水分也很重要，这样可以确保在运输过程中不易变质。以后还会再尝试购买。

These arrived early to my surprise. They were in pristine condition, which was super exciting. (I have bought some that arrived beat up.) They smelled fresh and were very plump roots. This is an excellent deal for a low price. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service as well.

The reason i give four stars for "the value for money" is that I don't know how to value it, :)I ordered wrong type by my own mistake but the products I got are great. I meant to order the dried one but made the mistake to put the order on the fresh gingseng. the fresh gingseng is very fresh and with the strong gingseng taste! I understand the fresh products are not able to return so that I put those into the freezer now.

When I opened my bag, looking forward to some ginseng, I got a handful of MOLD. Buyer beware.

I fell in love with ginseng and honey tea while stationed in Korea with U.S. Armed Forces. This brand of ginseng has all the flavor and consistency of Korean ginseng at a fraction of the cost. I prefer to grind the root, mix it with honey and let it steep for several minutes in hot water. It is such a relaxing, refreshing, and flavorful experience.
