I am a repeat customer, I love this product. I keep my water bottled filled all day with it. Truth be told I use half an envelope per large bottle of water. I find it a bit too sweet with an entire envelope but since I am drinking at least two bottles minimum this works fine for me. Great to start my day hydrating before and during exercise as well.

I’ve been drinking pure boost for years now. I’ve actually gotten used to the taste and actually crave it in the mornings. It gives me just the right amount of energy I need without feeling jittery. I recommend adding some ice to your drink and shaking well, it tastes better when really cold!

I never write negative reviews, but considering I’m unable to return this product, since there isn’t an available option to do so apparently, I figured I’d warn others looking for clean energy alternatives.First, I have to say, that I’m no stranger to clean alternatives. By that, I mean that I don’t consume artificial sweeteners, or sugar if I can avoid it. So, it’s not like I’m used to drinking Diet Coke and comparing this to something of that nature. If I was, I am positive I would have puked on the first sip.I ordered this because I wanted to find an ultra clean alternative to the Celsius packets that I’ve been using to maintain energy midday, because although they are a lesser evil, they are still not the best option.I read multiple reviews on these packets before I ordered them, and I went with the flavors that seemed to be best reviewed. Today, I started with the Elderberry, because multiple folks said they liked that best. I shook it in room temp water, because many reviews mentioned it didn’t dissolve well… I can assure you that is true, and the water temp didn’t prevent that. In fact, it was cloudy with little specks that never dissolved at all. Looked sketchy, but I gave it a chance for health purposes.When I opened the bottle I was instantly hit in the face with a strong multivitamin aroma. I mean, STRONG. Like, I could barely smell fruit scent at all. But again, in the name of wellness, I drank.When I tell you have never gotten instant burning indigestion, l mean that literally this set my tummy on fire. It was like I was drinking crushed up Flinstones vitamins and baby aspirin. Gritty, bitter, medicinal… Not. Good. At. ALL. I tried to power it down, but dude. It was so gross.The remaining 29 packets are destined for the trash, or as a donation to anyone who has an iron stomach and no sense of taste or smell.

Has a chalky taste and unexpected effervescence. Do not use in a bottle with a closed lid!! I put it into my regular water bottle and it created a ton of pressure. Really frustrating when I want something convenient on the go. Overall the taste isn't bad. It oDoes leave some chalkiness behind in my bottle so it needs to be washed immediately after unlike most bottle packets. I like the ingredients, or more importantly what is not included.
