Yes, it's exactly as described by the poor reviews. Avoid. The strap broke in third usage. Sole has poor cushion, the red one is extra insole.at 929inr just go for standard brands. Should have returned it immediately when I felt the poor quality on putting it on. The design/appearance is good though. None of the major brands have this design with a back strap unfortunately.

Good product, comfort and lightweight

The strap broke at the first attempt to wear the slippers. Unfortunately the cracks on the strap were noticed the next day, after the strap broke. It definitely wa a defective product that was sent to us. Packaging was good .Unfortunately we are losing faith on first time ordered products on Amazon
