When my frame came two of the prongs on the back were broken and not just snapped off but it had taken a chunk of the back of the frame off as well!!! Even tho it doesn’t effect the look of the other side it does effect how well my picture stayed in! It was wrapped wonderfully and way more then necessary so I’m not sure how this could have happened! I did contact the company to let them know...not to get a refund or replacement but just to let them know that maybe someone wasn’t doing quality control or something! They so graciously offered to send me out a new frame free of charge! They got back to me very quickly and were very polite and apologetic! I would buy from this company again! In fact I’m looking at some other frames now

Great Frame
The wood frame and destruction like coloring is exactly what I wanted for an black and white photo I had. You can hang it or set on a shelf. I recommend this product!

nice style !
its just a frame but it is a very nice style! , but the overall quality is just "good" not sure if frame is a composite but it feels like that , would have preferred a hardwood

Nice Gift
I surprised my mom with some pictures and came across this frame which looked really nice online. It was as pretty in person as online and it made the perfect gift for my mom.

What you pay for
I wanted a frame for a temporary display and thought this thing could be temporary. Guess what. It arrived already loose and coming apart at the seams, cheap plastic. I tried to slap it together enough to last with some glue and tape, but the easel back that supports the frame to stand up doesn’t really do the job either. It’s not worth the effort to return it so I just went ahead and ordered something else that I considered before. I thought I could save four bucks going with this frame but, you aren’t saving money on something you can’t use. People, spend a few bucks. Buy things you can use. I learned and you can learn from me.
