Good value but needs clarification
I needed a reliable pc to replace a very noisy, prone to crash existing one and this purchase fit the bill. For around $400, it’s a good deal but there’s a few caveats that go with that. As for a gaming platform it lacks any certain essentials.the positives:quiet and small form factorreliable processor and sufficient ram (16gb) for the pricegood customer service although i haven’t needed itNice keyboard and mouseA great selection of how to videos for those less familiar with computing environmentsThe less than positive:The OS drive is a 100gb ssd. The user will need to constantly monitor this space as it will fill up fast with temp files and other data that the user may not be aware of. Recommend replacing this with a 500gb ssdthe storage drive is a 500gb drive. Considering that there’s few restrictions on application size anymore because storage is cheap, this is not even close to sufficient space. Recommend a3tb or greater drive which btw can be purchased for under $100.No wireless card and the wireless dongle is outdated (300mps, 2.4ghz) no support for 5ghzNo room for expansion inside the case. while the mother board has 4 SATA connections, one is used by the dvd drive and the 4th is used by an unknown device. the only option for adding more drives is to use externals. 01/21. I had contacted Blair before this review was published to ask why and they sent me a 5ghz dongle without being requested to. Awesome customer support!Am underpowered GPU. Bear in mind this is being marketed as an introductory gaming machine. The card installed is likely sufficient to handle most non-shooters.I’m very satisfied with what i purchased because i knew what i was purchasing, but for folks new to computing, if you purchase this pleases be aware that you may need to purchase additional peripherals to bring this pc up to speed as a full-speed gaming machine. My modifications:Once i know i can safely reinstall the OS and activate it I will replace the ssd with a 500gb ssd. This has proved to be ample space for the OS and any temp or installation files that come with downloads and installs.i removed the 500gb storage drive and replaced it with 6tb drive. considering some of the programs i own are greater than 70gb in size each, this was essential.I replaced the graphics card with an Nvidia gtx1050 ti with 32gb onboard memory. This should be sufficient to run everything i own or purchase in the next few years.I also added a 4tb portable hard drive for backups and system tools i can use on other machines when required.Replace the 300mhz wireless dongle with one that works with both 2.4 and 5ghz networks for faster throughout. If you’re familiar with the shortfalls and are ok with a 6th generation (or possibly older) processor then this is an ok buy. Just be sure you know what you’re going to get when it arrives.

Terrible!!
When I connected it to my monitor the screen was super zoomed in and I couldn’t zoom it out because of how outdated it was. It also wouldn’t connect to the internet.

Sleeper build lol
This is my first pc and I was on a seriously tight budget this pc came with 16 gbs of ddr3 ram a gt 730 and an i5-3570 cpu originally thinking this was all fine I was excited. Set up was incredibly easy after running a couple of games like Fortnite, guild wars 2, and rocket league, is where I started to realize the problems of the system I was barely getting 30 fps across all of the games and I was playing on the lowest quality settings coming from ps5 it’s a real jarring experience. But after doin a ton of research I’ve been having fun learning all the ins and outs of this pc.I’ve upgraded the cpu to a I-7 4790 ($30)I next upgraded the power supply to a 500w ($35)I decided to go with a gtx 970($44) for my gpuWith all my cheap lil upgrades I’m either at 60 fps or higher in certain games that I play, I can also play them on medium to high settings which is amazingSo to end it here I think if u are on a tight budget and are invested in learning how to build a pc and don’t mind taking a chance on eBay with used pc parts I recommend this for you,

Low cost functional computer for most uses
A young friend out of state, that I met on-line gaming, had a computer failure. He's rather strapped financially, so I decided to buy this for him and have it shipped directly. From his comments, the machine is perfectly capable for the type of MMO game that we play, but probably not powerful enough for really hard core gaming that requires expensive graphics power. Would have given 5 stars, as the price was right and the machine came undamaged and in good shape. But it was missing a cord to connect to his monitor, which he ended up having to buy.

Installed gpu doesn’t match the pics on Amazon. The one I got has no VGA or HDMI ports
Had to use a gpu that had an HDMI port out of my old computer to run it. Was no video cable in the box with computer. Spoke to vendor and was told that the gpu in the refurbished computer was spec for that machine. Was offered $15.00 refund for missing cable. This gpu with only DVI and monitor ports is useless to me without an adapter and cable. Told them to keep their $15.00.

Great value for the price. Use as a starting system and just upgrade the GPU and power supply.
Bought for my 13yr old son for gaming. The installed GPU GeForce GT 730 can only take some games at medium or low quality. Tested on Eve Online at medium setting, and was playable with slight lag, around 40 FPS average. Knew what I was purchasing so the plan was to upgrade the GPU. Depending on the GPU you may need to upgrade the power supply as well. Bought a used GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB GDDR6 for $112, because of that video card required an upgraded power supply that can output 430 W (brand new $32).With the upgraded GPU, this rig is able to run Destiny 2 at max quality settings 1080p with no lag with consistent 60 FPS, same with Eve Online, max quality settings 1080p with no lag consistent 60 FPS, Mechwarrior 5 max quality 1080p no lag consistent 60 FPS.In the end with this system and the upgraded GPU and power supply came at a total of around $399 and can take all games currently out on the market at high quality settings with consistent 60 FPS for a budget price. The PC came without the Wifi USB dongle, although listing included Wifi capability, the seller was quick to remediate and send the Wifi USB dongle separately.Great value for the price, just know what you're buying and what's needed to take it to high quality 60 FPS gaming.
