50mm Long Shackle Padlocks for Outdoor Use All Weather Resistant, Alloy Steel Heavy Duty Lock with 4 Keys

I needed something for an outdoor shed and this is perfect. It’s definitely strong enough to withstand inclement weather as well as strong enough to keep people out who have no business entering. The hasp on the shed door is small, so I was delighted with the long, slim piece of the padlock which fits easily through the small opening of the hasp. There is absolutely no struggle putting it on or taking it off. I find a key so much easier than having to remember a combination - the key worked smoothly and easily without any problems, and having 4keys is an added bonus. If I need another padlock, this is the one I would buy without any hesitation whatsoever.

Tried to turn it to see if it works. Will not get to user for another month. Will come back to review but looks good and arrived ahead of schedule. Great price.Thanks,TOLA.

Gets rusted after 2 weeks in the elements then the lock does not open, need to use WD-40 to loosen up the key-hole and lock 🔐

The lock itself is strong and sturdy however I use this lock for a shed outside and we had a spell of bad weather (normal practice here in Scotland) and I was having trouble to lock it, I noticed rust inside the shackle part where it goes into the mechanism. Pretty disappointed with that. So I got out some wd40 and sprayed it and it was working again. Apart from this situation the lock itself is strong and sturdy! I have marked it down for weather proof as I can see rust already after a weeks worth of rain. So far with the the squirt of WD40 it is working well.

I bought two of these one for a gate and one for a shed.I would not buy another, the one on my gate was on for 2 month and its rusted inside.Really disappointing because i was really happy with it at first.The second lock on the shed must be in a more sheltered place because its fine at the moment.This lock may be great for indoors but I'm not convinced with the weatherproof claim.

After just a couple of weeks the ends of the shackle began to rust. The worst thing about this lock is that the key needs to be in the lock to close it. Plus if the key is slightly out of place it is impossible to lock. I am now replacing for a self-locking padl. It is also very heavy and awkward to use.

This is a seriously large and premium padlock. Just be aware that the shackle is 10mm in diameter - I've had to take a file to the hole in my garden gate bracket so that it will go through!
