Didn't receive the replacement
I've ordered one box of plaisir beacuse is a good quality cat food. It arrived full of dead mosquitos inside the box, and the pouches were closed. Maybe expired product or kept in heat for long, but not sure of the reasons for the mosquitos. My complain is that I never received the replacement which I requested. Can customer support solve the problem? Thank you

Good but the salmon one is little thick, little clumpy than the other flavours! I’m not sure if it’s poor storage or it meant to be like this! overall my cats didn’t have any bad reaction after eating it but they prefer the kittens chicken chunks one! 👍
