Can't beat the price for a high quality, high dose, broad spectrum Vitamin K supplement. Vitamin K is a must for maintaining cardiovascular health, preventing arterial calcification, and making sure the calcium you eat goes to your bones rather than your arteries. This product is comparable to Life Extension's Super K but a fraction of the cost.

be advised this contains soy
Love the idea of Vit K, but was dismayed to see the soy; my bad for not seeing this B4 i ordered it. Probably a fine product for those who can use soy!

Great product, but the price went up about $10 a bottle (180 count) since my last order. Unacceptable. I went directly to the source.

I have been using this exact product for many years now. I am pleased with my purchase. I do not recommend supplements to anyone because they need to see their doctor before they go on supplements.

I'm Vit D deficient and this helps absorbtion
I thought this was the same product I bought last time but this one doesn't have Vit K3. If it keeps my Vit D levels up I'll be happy. Took Vit D for a DECADE without knowing this needed supplement.

Sinus relief and little help with joint and muscle soreness
the main benefit I got from it was the relief from chronic sinus pain, one of the only things that made it go away. Other benefits were help with joint pain and muscle soreness
