Product is excellent
Its very heave duty product i have used it to pull my tata nexon and it did it very well can easily pull fortuner or any other heavy vehicle, hooks are very strong with locking mechanism.A carry case should have been provided with it to store it safely. Packaging was not that much good, as it came wrapped in blue plastic and after using it i wrapped it in the same.Overall a quality product must buy for car.

Good Product but not suitable for Renault Duster
The media could not be loaded. I bought this item for emergency purposes for my Renault duster. But the D' Shackle provided was not suitable for this kind of Eye hook fitted in the vehicle from the manufacturer.Front Side also same problem. The Product seems really Good and Heavy duty but without proper accessories, it's not suitable to use. So if you want to use it then you have to buy an extra D' Shackle/ Hook which can be a match for the Vehicle eye hook thickness and sling load capacity.I didn't use it, but I am sure that it is very useful in tough conditions if the proper accessories are provided.So I suggest Seller that they should mention clearly the sizes of their D'shackle provided with the product or suitable for which vehicles and also give the option for extra D'Shackle/ hook which can match the product and vehicle.I returned the Product and Got a refund also. I appreciate the Promise and fast action of Seller and Amazon.

Very heavy and occupies space
Very heavy product. You’ve got to have enough space in the car to store this item. I thought it is compact …. It’s heavy and space occupying.

Looks sturdy
I bought this for my Leh Ladakh trip as a backup just in case my car gets stuck somewhere. Hoping that I should never get to use it.By looking at the build quality it's look sturdy enough to do the job.

More than what i wanted!!!
I earlier bought a similar product but it was less thick. THen i replaced that with this one. The objective to buy this was to have it as a backup just in case i get stuck in my upcoming trip to Kashmir in December. I tried the D-Shackles on my Fortuner and they fit well. Did not get a chance to use this but surely feels good to go for the job when needed.
