Good knife.
I have a set of Henckel knives and somehow lost the bread knife. I ordered this one to replace it, but the blade is to large for the bread knife space in my block. It is a nice knife though and very sharp.Edited: in answer to the question, "Is it serrated?" I have added a close-up picture of the blade. I still like how this knife cuts.

Garbage
You wouldn't think youd would get such poor quality and such a ruddy knife which immediately became useless in a brand like Henkels. Second or third time I used it it was dull.Dull dull dullI don't think it ever cut through a tomato like butter without pushing into the skin not cutting it. The knife is expensive and it's garbage.I've seen knives cut like butter. This in not one.I consider I've wasted my money. It was ridiculously dull immediately , I'm disappointed and disgusted. I was sure it wasn't a real Henkels I thought it a fake. And honestly I still have strong doubts. Total rip off.If this is what Hinkle's considers quality they've gone downhill. It does not function as any kind of a sharp knife would. The blade is less than average. The weight of it is average.On a scale of 1 to 100 I would give this knife a 3.

Good knife for the price.
It's a knife and it works. It pulls to one side though.

Awesome knife
This bread knife is inexpensive and amazing. Not only does it slice bread, as advertised, and without smashing down fresh bread right from the oven. I also use it for many other things. This morning I was using it to slice some VERY ripe Beefsteak tomatoes from my garden and they sliced as if they were the tough GMO tomatoes from the supermarket.
