Good, but no mounting hardware or instructions. Damaged in shipping.
The quality of housing looks good. My 3M brand 4-1/2 x 20 filter fits well, no problem.Two issues:1. Approximately 2-inch section of screw threads in the cap (for the housing) arrived broken. It looks like it banged into the housing during shipment, and the box was not damaged. So, insufficient packaging design.2. Neither the housing nor the mounting bracket (purchased separately) comes with fasteners *and* neither item comes with instructions telling you what kind of screws to use. The 4x mounting holes in the cap are .28 diameter x 1-5/16 deep, unthreaded. So, 5/16 x 1-1/4 lag screws should do it. Use flat washers or flanged-head screws.Other notes: The housing and cap say made in China, which is interesting because they put a sticker on it that says built in U.S.A. I don't know what "build" they are referring to, but the parts are made in China. The assembly comes with the o-ring (I wasn't sure when I placed the order). I don't see anything about NSF certification, but both cap and housing are marked polypropylene.

Seems to be working but it was very difficult to attach the canister to the housing and keep the O ring in place.
