Q: How do you set the day and date? I am having a lot of trouble. Please help

This has a quick-set function. While the hands are not between 10 and 2, pull the crown so that it is between the winding position(all the way down) and the time-setting position(all the way out), then simply turn the crown towards the 12:00 to set the date and towards the 6:00 to set the day. It's a delicate position to find, but once you get a feel for it its very simple.
