My angelfish will swarm to the top of the tank for this food. They love the taste of Cobalt. I’ve invested in Cobalt products for all my fish because they all seem to really enjoy it. I’ve noticed the vibrancy of my cichlids the most. Highly recommend Cobalt foods.

This is the best way I have found to feed my fish quality food.I refill an old 5oz container from this as it is more friendly to hold and use and has a screw on lid.The flakes vary in size from dust to post-it note size. All my fish are small so I try to break up the large pieces into thumbnail size or smaller. I turn over the 5oz container mentioned above with the lid removed and push it down repeatability using its edges to cut the large pieces. Then fill it with the newly reduced in size pieces. I further grind them between my fingers to molly/guppy bite size as I sprinkle them into the tank.

Absolutely massive container of a fantastic product. All my fish in my various tanks from the Betta, to the Tetras, to the Chiclids love this food. It’s very easy to go heavy on it by accident so play around with the amount you feed first before you get the gist of what your fish will eat and won’t eat.

Cobalt is one of the best fish flakes on the market and the price is unbeatable. The only drawback for me was the flakes were very small, smaller than a little finger nail with few larger flakes for my bigger fish.

I'm not sure I would use this as the sole food for fish, at least I don't for mine, but this works very well as inexpensive food for my shrimp. Fish will eat it, but there are other, more nutritious, formulations for fish.

The flakes are huge and in great shape, but unfortunately my fish wont eat this. They let it settle to the bottom and sit there til snails get it....I feed a variety of flakes and pellets so that my fish don't get bored with their meals...this is the first flakes I have ever seen them reject in 5 years. I wish I hadn't bought such a big container of it, they hate it.

I usually purchase the smaller bottle, but that was out of stock. I will be purchasing this size from now on. The flakes weren't broken up like you sometimes find in the smaller bottles. My gold severum was happy to have the larger, in tact flakes. Very happy with this product.

I have used this in a variety of fish tanks and the result is always the same - a distinctly visible increase in fish excitability in wanting to eat this. Fish are always wanting to eat, but once I introduce this food into the routine, they really perk up when I approach the tank.
