If you're hands hurt, this is your kitchen knife
Developed arthritis in my hands, so prep work was hard with my beloved Cutco. Tried the Dexter and it was magic. It's design is pure chef knife and it's light and very comfortable. Easily goes through onions, celery, and carrots. Now, it doesn't hold an edge like my Cutco, but holds up well for home use.

Good product. Bought as a gift.
My sister has terrible arthritis in her hands. I bought this for her and she says it's very comfortable and she can grip is, despite her weak grip. The built up handle helps and the balance of the knife precludes accidental cuts.
