This is a great addition to soups and stews - my Friday night chicken soup and weekly beef stew have been significantly upgraded with these! And they don’t contain onion and garlic which is great as I add a lot of fresh onions and garlic to the pot already!

I was surprised at how good this was as a substitute for regular vegetable bullion. I thought it would not work well since it has no garlic and onion, but I was very pleased with the soup I made. Good quality.
