Klein Tools 32510 Magnetic Multibit Screwdriver with Sturdy Torx, Hex, Spanner, Tri-Wing, Torq and Nut Tamperproof Bits and Storage Block

Great tool that confirmed my suspicions that I have some counterfeit DeFake XR 5ah and 6ah batteries in my toolbox. The only way to confirm if you have legit batteries is to crack open the case and do a visual inspection. As you can see in the photos, the DeFake batteries have no computer-controlled circuit board and the batteries are not key-coded Samsung batteries, obvious fakes. The Klein Security Bit Set and Driver does the job of removing the security screws to make visual inspection possible, worth every penny in my book as you can't put a price on safety and peace of mind.I like how the Klein driver fits into the bit case, it's comfortable to carry in my pocket or my tool belt, and no worries about losing the bits as they fit snugly and securely in the rubberized holder, be advised however the rubberized holder doesn't have a magnet embedded in it to secure the bits like one video reviewer erroneously stated, they just slip in and hold snugly in the rubberized holder. You can still lose a bit if you're not careful, so keep that in mind.

I bought this because I had to disassemble something with a tamper-proof screw and it worked wonders! Even though the tips are magnetic, they're really strong. I was worried about whether they'd come off if the screw was too tight, but they held up well. The magnets also make it so that the tip is magnetic, which helps with getting/putting screws to/from tighter spots. Highly recommend!

I wish Klein sold the driver with the regular bit set, or even as a standalone tool (in case you already have bits). That said, the driver is very comfortable, and turns easily. The magnet is powerful enough to hold the bit and the screw. The bits themselves appear to be good quality. They are not quite as good as German-made bits, or American made bits, but the later seems to be impossible to find now. They are certainly better than the chinesium bits found at Horror Fate. Any standard 1/4" insert bits will work with this, including nut driver bits, making this a very handy tool for road calls. Get this and the following standalone drivers: 3/16" Cabinet, 1/4" Cabinet, Phillips #1, Phillips #2. The standalone drivers work better for screws that are deeply recessed in holes. That should cover most of your needs.

I had been searching for a high quality security bit set when I stumbled across this one. I didn't want a cheap set, but also didn't want an expensive set. I have many klein tools and they are of superior quality and this driver and bits does not deviate from the same quality. The price, to me anyway was very attractive and I know that they will last a long time. Sometimes I need security bits a lot, but usually they are not needed. When I do need them I will be glad to have them in my bag ready to go. Really wasn't looking for a driver so much as the bits, but it is a great bonus. It features a strong magnet like my other klein tools and holds the bits and screws perfectly.High quality is something to expect from Klein tools and they take pride in the fact that many of their tools are still made in the U.S.A. I wish other companies had the same standards and ideals, and wish there were a big U.S.A flag on either the package or on the tools themselves.

I use Klein tools every day. They are great quality and get the job done. I actually got this set for home use. It's nice to have allen/hex bits because of all the home products that use those fasteners now. My only issue is that this didn't come with standard phillips and flathead bits. Kind of weird. I have a whole solid set of Klein screwdrivers that are phillips and flathead, but I was kind of hoping to just get this and throw it in a bag and take it to where I'm working. Instead I'll have to grab a phillips and flathead too. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they had included them. Having said that, this set came in handy when the wife came home with her latest Ikea find that I had to assemble. We have some chairs on back-order that will for sure need this bit driver. I just love Klein. They make some of the best grips in the industry and their quality holds up. I might try to find some bits with a holder that I can keep with this or attach to this so I have all of the ones I need.
