Damaged straight out the box!
Just received my item. Brand new. Right as I unpacked and pull out the box there is a chunk of wood and carpet damaged and dangling from a corner. Completely bummed as you purchase your expecting a decent product. But having an issue like this brand new from the factory and as you can see fresh out the box have not even used or drill holes on it to say it’s been used. Very unsatisfied.! 0 star rating if I could.

Look over the box after delivery
Super happy with the box came in super fast but not the best packaging I know it’s solid wood but the box was beat up and does have a few dings and some carpet seems to be pulled out

Had to fix some issues with the box but after making the fixes the box hits very hard I'm happy with it
