Perfect for my pistachio bars. Did what it was supposed to do. Still have more left for more bars.

No packaging . Stuffed in a fedex envelope.
Received this item as pictured no box just plastic wrap. The box that is supposed to come with was nor in sight. This item was just wrapped in plastic with no description, no ingredients, no nutritional value, and no instructions. This is not acceptable not even sure if this is spoiled since it is dry, people have commented that, it should’ve arrived frozen and with an ice pack. There’s no ice pack in the FedEx envelope it was stufffed in.

Didn't come in the box, but it's a great product.
Even that I ordered the one in the box, It arrived in a different package (wrapped in film inside an envelope). I contacted the seller and he informed me that they made it freshly for me and also gave me some tips to how to storage it appropriately. I used and It was delicious. I will recommend it this product.

Not Frozen when delivered
I thought this was supposed to be frozen. I was suprised to find it on my front steps in a regular envelope. I just read some other reviews. I see that was the same complaint from others. This product cost too much for me not to be able to use it.

Really fun addition to my baking repertoire
I read about Kataifi Dough in Martha Stewart's Living magazine a couple of months ago. I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting 'pie' recipes. This shredded phyllo was easy (however messy) to use. I followed the package directions, using a glass pie plate, baked the 'crust' and then filled it with a wonderfully rich coconut cream pie filling, homemade of course! I topped it with toasted coconut and refrigerated it for a couple of hours before presenting it to the hostess of this year's Thanksgiving dinner party, in addition to my regular pumpkin, apple and pecan pies. The Kataifi crust was beautiful, tasted great with the coconut cream and was a definite hit. I've sent for the free recipe books to continue this culinary adventure. And, I'm sure a rendition Baklava would be fabulous using Kataifi.
