This book is a good size (not too short and not too long) and is filled with great information. Glad I bought it as I'm trying to better myself and my anxieties. Helped a lot.

Solid information
It is becoming increasingly difficult for people to maintain long, healthy relationships. This is more so for younger folks.This book is one that will help those who want to stabilize their relationship. It covers crucial areas such as Attachment style, Overcoming Jealousy, Rebuilding trust in the relationship and Conflict Resolution.The author begins with a definition of Relationship Anxiety which sets the tone for the reader to aim to achieve a healthier and happier relationship..."When you can't find peace with the relationship and you have this terrible, gut-wrenching fear that it isn't going to last. You're constantly bombarded with negative thoughts about your significant other and it's putting a strain on the relationship."The advice given through the book is sound.I found the chapter on 'How to overcome Jealousy' to be instructive. The Overcome Jealousy exercise at the end of the chapter was practical and relatable. So too was the subject of Resrespect and Forgiveness. That the author took the time to give us practical examples of people having relationship issues is a plus. Certainly, the discourse with Anthea and David was instructive.Overall I found the book to be well-written and covered most of the problem issues affecting a relationship.The author ends with another glaring truth: "Falling in love is the easiest part of a relationship...If you want a healthy relationship that stands the test of time, you've got to work for it... How true! There's no other way.This easy-to-read book will certainly help.I received a complimentary copy of this book.

GET THIS BOOK! EASY READ! GET IT NOOOOOW
I ordered this book because a lot of different things were coming up within my relationship, that had nothing to do with my boyfriend. I wanted a guide or something to help me identify how and even why I’m feeling the way I’m feeling. This book definitely has helped me and made my relationship BETTER and healthier! Obviously nothing happens over night but being aware of certain things in your life and working to make it better, is always healthy and a must! EASY READ!!! Also, I wish I read this book before my relationship. I would recommend this book whether you’re in a relationship or not. This book is just a book I think EVERYONE should read just to heal for themselves and to be a better person in general.

simple but to the point!
A super easy read. Takes less then 2 hours if your a slow reader. Dosent get off topic or side track and teaches you lots about yourself, your partner and your relationship or if you went through a breakup and need a little push healing this is great for you!!

Very helpful and insightful
Being in a long term relationship where we are both each other’s first love, this book was very eye opening for me. I never took the time to really delve into the root of our jealousy problems but fortunately we were able to work things out. However, knowing the information I learned in this book wouldve been 10x more helpful when we had troubles, and could’ve saved us some. It is a quick and easy read but filled with so many useful information to learn more about yourself and your relationship. I recommend!
