I have not started my project yet but excited to get going on it.I am an experienced seamstress and I have never seen such high quality patterns which is why I usually make my own.Every pattern was carefully rolled, tied and included in a heavy duty box with notions and accessories (tape measure, pins, markers, etc.)These patterns are made of a heavy duty and translucent material, well marked and easily read and positioned.I had to contact the seller as a design guide was missing from the box. Linda Schurr, the owner returned my call within minutes.She was very apologetic and professional and offered to mail out the missing guide immediately. We discussed the many possible variationsof how to use this kit. I do a little quilting, but this was a game changer. My anxiety had gotten the best of me in the beginning. I brought the wrong fabric weight ( canvas ) which is too heavy for the sways I wanted. But was determined to use what I had, which I loved. Once I calm down my nerves and put my head in the process, things fell into place like a puzzle.Linda was wonderful and very accommodating (more than twice) helping me redesign for the fit of my fabric and measurements adjustments for my irregular bow windows. After 6 windows I feel like a pro.Watch Utube as often as needed and read the directions. Think of the money you will be saving. And everyone will think it was professionally done.

I spoke with Linda, the creator of this kit. She is amazing, pleasant and helpful. This kit is going to change my life and make my home even more beautiful. I can't wait to start creating window treatments and other items. Once I'm done I'll post some pictures. The videos on youtube are very helpful.

I love this no sew DIY Valance Kit. I am having so much fun making all my windows showstoppers. There is always room for improvements in a home, but with hard times using this kit will make your windows look like an interior decorator was hired. When one is stuck with questions or concerns, we can always reach out to the creator of this kit and as proven to me more than once, you will get a call back with answers and suggestions. There are videos to watch, and a booklet included that must be read before you get started. I highly recommend this kit. Made with quality patterns to use over and over again. Repurposing vintage curtains and using the Lambrequin forms to create a Mackenzie Child's Inspired look for any kitchen and dining room window was easy. I am crafty and I do have some experience in decorating. I am not a beginner however the Traceable designer valance forms is for all levels of experience. It was so much fun thinking out of the box and being a little creative. Using mixed pattern curtains for my fabric and adding layers created a fun whimsical and happy kitchen window trimming. After reading all the directions carefully; measuring the window and having all the supplies at hand, this project took me half a day from start to finish. So many ways to use and reuse the traceable designer lambrequin durable forms. I had a few questions and Linda the creator is always at hand and very easy to access.
