Granddaughter loved it
I have a 3 yr old granddaughter and she loved it. We sat and read it. It was several repeat performances. We also have the dragon book by same author which is another favorite.

Hands on Series
My neighbor who is a preschool teacher recommended this whole series and my 4 year granddaughter and 2 year grandson both love them. Hands on and very entertaining.

Depressed unicorn
The unicorn is sad for most of the book, until creatures from the author's other books show up. It's just an ad for his other books, and the unicorn is a downer. Not recommended at all. Dragon, Monster, & Witch are all better. Avoid this and Alien. In Alien, the author is mean to the poor Alien.

Not as great as his other books
My daughter loooves the monster and dragon books by this author. But the story of this one is definitely not as great. Plus the font in later pages was blurry so we returned it.

Very disappointing
We have every book in this collection and buy them because they're usually fun and interactive. Imagine my disappointment when instead of a funloving unicorn, this book greets you with a depressed unicorn with "worry gremlins". The author is clearly trying to teach things like sharing worries and consent (the unicorn doesn't like tickling and we should have asked first, apparently), but honestly that is not what we buy these books for!

I dont understand the hype
Actually i do. its called marketing.the reality is this book falls pretty flat. there are so many better ones out there for young kids.ours just didnt rate this at all - ages 3, 4 were definitely not thinking what a wonderfully interactive book. its just not.You need some kind of story for it to work. If you want a nice positive book, beautiful illustrations and engaging story, there are so many - Elmer, Lion Inside, Julia Donaldsons collection. this cant touch any of these.Wont buy any more, and i know this is destined for the charity shop and i know already the kids wont pick this for their bedtime read.Sorry Tom

A Lovely Book
This is a lovely gentle book which is a great addition to this set of books. My 4 and 7 year old grandchildren loved it with the older one reading it to her brother as soon as she saw it. Once again there is a lot of book wavving and flapping which always proves popular.

5-year old loves this book!
This is a lovely book which encourages kids to share their worries with someone they trust to help them feel better.Lovely message and presented in a fun interactive way. My daughter loves shaking the book to get the worry gremlins out!!She asks for this story most nights and we’ve even bought it for a number of friends for birthday gifts as I’m so confident they will love it too.

Fantastic book for children!
After being gifted there’s a witch in your book my children were keen to get some of the other stories! We chose the unicorn book, the story is so sweet and has helped us get both our son and daughter to tell us if they are feeling worried or anxious. They both (ages 4&6) really enjoy the interactive nature to these books. A must have for every child’s bookcase!
