This rig works!!!!
With my old rig my phone once fell off and got stuck under my brake pedal. Guess what happened after I got out of the hospital? I bought this new rig. Works great!!!

Very loose products
Easy to install yes. Very sturdy no. Does not fit iPhone 13 Pro Max unless out of cover. Very flimsy and would not recommend

Quality and functionality
Quality is good but when it comes to the functionality is terrible. The ball joint comes loose while driving and I keep having to adjust it often. It’s annoying having to adjust it while you’re driving. The weight of the product and the weight of the phone makes the phone talk to the side making the ball joint to loosen up.. i’m making it work for now, but I wish I would’ve purchased a different item.

Universal phone holder
Doesn’t fit the grab bar on the passenger side of my Jeep. Attached it the after market grab bar. Just make sure every connect is tight. Seems like a solid mount. You have 360 degree rotation and forward back adjustment but no ability to get that perfect angle. I think if they machined the ball ends with a beveled circle instead of a flat surface this piece would work even better. I Might go back to the all of the threaded connections and add loctite…

Versatile!
This thing is hard core! Very sturdy built with all metal parts. Hold position well after you tighten down the screws. I like having options on where I can place it in my jeep. This is going to last a long time!

Good concept / poor design
It kind of works the pincher arms that holds the phone in place aren't very long so you have to get it in just right for it to grip the side of the phone. And I don't know who thought this was a good idea but to get it in the proper position you have to hold it perfectly still and tighten one very small wing nut. There's not individual Wing nuts for each position it's one wing nut for the whole back end. And then if you try to adjust it the entire thing becomes loose and you have to start all over again.

Strong , able to hold up on both bikes and 1 in jeep ,easy installation , looks good and sturdy .

Didn't work for me
It arrived in an unmarked package with no documentation or instructions. I'm pretty handy so I was able to figure out how to install it. It isn't strong enough to hold my iPhone at all. Even when I attempted to really crank down on the screws it kept slipping and wouldn't hold the phone steady. It didn't work at all for my Jeep JLI returned it...
