Excellent product & service.
Product matched description. Quite sturdy. Easy to install using adhesive sealant against the outside wall. The wire mesh insect screen is a bonus. I ordered the wrong size originally but it was easly exchanged using post office collection service and re-ordered the correct one. (Note* Order the connecting pipe size not the outer dimensions of the vent)

Fine for the price
Ideal for replacing item already fitted and has an extra advantage of the insect screen.One for one swap, however the 6inch unit failed within a week as one of the shutters has fallen out, pleased I purchased two of each on the off chance wind damage in the future.

Excellent insect mesh
Great product - particularly the insect guard. Bought these to replace 2 old ones which didn't have insect mesh resulting in a wasps nest in both vents! Won't be happening again!

Looks good but so flimsy a flap fell of in less than 2 months. - Avoid!
This was bought to vent the air from our kitchen extractor.Easy to fit but very flimsey.Yesterday (it wasn't even windy!) I found the top flap lying on the drive. Both spigots had broken.Even though it was less than £10 I did expect it to last longer than 7 weeks!I won't be buying a replacement from this Company!

Great does the job well as mine fell apart .I love the bug net built in .that impressed me .good price came quick easy to replace job done .and no spinders getting in

Check for broken flaps when it is delivered.
Check the flaps when it arrives, one of mine had a broken pivot. They are a bit flimsy but I had a spare from an old unit so did not return it.
