Bandai Hobby HGUC Hyaku Shiki (Revive) Gundam Zeta Action Figure (1/144 Scale)

Char Aznable's Hyaku Shiki is probably one of his most iconic mobile suits next to the Red Comet Zaku II and his beloved Sazabi. This is personally one of my favorite mobile suit designs of all the Gundam universe and this new revive kit is great! The new revive version has wonderful articulation which is great for action poses and I appreciate how easy it was to build. I was able to put together and panel line this kit in less than 4 hours . At first I was a bit hesitant of buying this kit due to the cheap looking gold plastic, but once I got it in hand the gold plastic looked beautiful. However, if you want more of a metallic gold look to it, I suggest investing in some gold paint to make the suit pop more. This is currently my favorite HG kit and I would highly recommend buying it if you either a beginner or simply can't afford the Master Grade version. This is a really solid HG kit! Doesn't really need any panel lining or paint to look good (although I added some lining so it can fit in with the rest of my Zeta kits). The build is simple and fun, comes with a good amount of accessories, and is nice and solid. I did the standard two snips off the runner approach and there aren't many noticeable nub Mark's. A great kit for beginners and regular builders alike!

this is an amazing kit. if you have money go with the Master grade. butt if you are only a 1/144 scale kind of person this kit is worth it. Looks good. articulation is good, and most of all it is solid a a rock

The quality of the model is great, and I love how it turned out in my display case. My only complaint is that the package was half destroyed when I received it. Luckily nothing was broken or missing.

First things first: no, this model is not gold plated like previous versions, it is molded in a gold plastic. Personally, I find it satisfactory, but others may wish to spraypaint. Bandai did a good job of placing most of the sprue connectors on the gold parts at locations that can't be seen when assembled. Articulation is excellent, and it comes with the standard Hyaku Shiki rifle, Clay Bazooka, and two beamsabers with yellow beam effect parts. Color separation is also very good, with lots of small red details getting their own molded parts. Overall, unless you want to respray it a better gold, there is very little paint necessary for this. mostly just some black on the thrusters and a little red on some hoses on the rifle. The only stickers are for the eyes, for which you get three options, the front and back head cameras, and 4x Hyaku symbol decals for the shoulders. The only issue with the eyes is that the sticker gets applied on top of a clear eye part. If you trim out the middle and ends of the eye sticker however, it will fit on the head under the clear part.Overall, this is a very good kit that will stand out against a background of white/blue/red gundams. I'm not the biggest fan of Gundam Zeta, nor of the Hyaku Shiki itself, but I'm a big fan of this model.

Item was very fun to build, great for beginner/intermediate gunpla builders.

Great HG kit. Really easy build and looks good on the shelf next to my other gunpla. The goldish color is more mustard in color, but it fits well with the version shown in the show

The only thing that I can say is that I like the model kit
