Best product and best price
I love the fact that I can control how much pectin I use in my jams and jellies without waste. I've ordered this product 4 times and will continue to use it. Good price for a great product. Using the low sugar allows the taste of the fruit to blossom and not tasting so much sweetness. I've not had any problems with it jelling. But I usually add 1tsp more pectin than recipe calls for.

The best!
Couldn't can for my friends on the Keto diet without this! It makes delicious preserves and jams with much less sugar so you get the fruity yummyness and not the oversweetness of commercial products.

Works great!
Wish they had instructions or more recipes for making low sugar jams. It did set beautifully in the recipe I found elsewhere.

Great product
I had a jelly making party for the ladies at my church, and they loved this product. Less sugar same results.

Doesn't work
When I 1st used the product I was pretty annoyed about the excessive amount of product that was recommended. (43gm). The number of "servings" on the package is 908. So the advertised uses was not accurate. But I got out my kitchen scale and measured exactly. Followed directions precisely, and the jelly never set. Have previously made the recipe with no trouble at all. DO NOT buy this

It’s all about the ratios people!
I wish I found this bulk pectin years ago!! The bag states “usage should be 5% of total batch weight” and it makes so much sense! No more trying to get the exact number of cups (not very accurate either) for the box stuff, which I was never sure would set without having to use two. Now I just weigh the fruit BEFORE adding anything to it, then multiply the total weight times 5% and that tells how many grams of pectin is needed. I personally found 25% sugar is an excellent ratio. I found this stuff at the end of my jam season last year and fell in love immediately. This year I made my entire year supply of strawberry jam in two batches (4000 grams/about 8 quarts of strawberries went into each)! And raspberries have been a breeze! Pick during the day, then jam early the next morning with how much is available, large or small batch! I also only had two quarts of mulberries and so I made a small batch using the ratios and was able to get 4 half pints! Love this stuff! If you stick to the ratios, and know how to make jam, it works every time. 👍🏻 And BTW I started making my own jams and jellies back in 2013 so I am no novice, and have lost many batches bc I didn’t realize it was all about the ratios, but those days are gone!

I had to use more than the recipe called for to get desired results.
