Having used the Braun Series 9 shaver for just over a year, I was thrilled to find this original replacement head available on Amazon. I made the mistake of buying a non-branded copy of the Braun 94M last time. It was painful (literally) to use. This is the genuine article and I could tell the difference immediately. Much faster and better shave and most importantly comfortable. Costs a bit more than the copies but hopefully it will last the full 18 months to the next replacement compared to the copy that fell apart after only three months.

Works as expected and a good price as haven’t found it cheaper. I needed just the normal series 9 heads, but could only find the pro version.This fits just the same as old head.

Just received my second order of one of these. I had both of my previous ones (original with shaver, and first replacement) just under 2 years each. The improvement in the shave with a new one is very noticeable. But I have a degree of concern.First, while I have used the previous ones for more than the 18 months claimed by Braun, I do shave on average no more than 3 times a week, so I am not sure that a replacement should have been due. This is re-inforced by the fact that the replacement indicator showing on the shaver has still been showing 2 bars.Second, and more importantly, I did not replace due to diminished effectiveness. I had to replace urgently due to blood being drawn on my face as a result of the foil failing and leaving a jagged surface. See photo.

Don’t know why I didn’t buy a new cartridge sooner. My previous one has been in years!You can really tell the difference using a new one, a lot smoother and a lovely close shave. I was always put off the price, seeing them at £50+, managing to get a genuine Braun replacement cartridge for £38 was good value. So happy I finally decided to upgrade my Braun, feels like a brand new shaver now.
