Suction tools to use with small flat low weight pieces.
Perfect small suction device to use with small flat pieces. Purchased to use with flat gaming chits. Perfect for strategy board games that employ stacks of chits, such as Advanced Squad Leader. Also doubles as a small blower for cleaning electronics and models.

Does not work
This has no vacuum suction. Couldn't make it work.

One worked and the other didn't
One of the pens worked as expected but the other didn't have suction - there was a leak in the suction bulb. I noticed the same thing mentioned in other reviews.The pen that did work seemed to work good.

These work well enough for doing SMT
These have enough suction to hold SMT caps, resistors, etc. I found that in practice that I actually do better with a pair of tweezers that came with my hot air station.

Best for its price!
Item arrived and works perfect. Suction is strong and the variable nozzles help you work on different angles.

Probably just the pen style, but it did not work very well for my use.
I did not know what to expect when I bought this pen, but I was disappointed. I don't think the pen was defective in any way, but I don't think hand-held squeeze-type pens are suitable for much. I found this style of vacuum more trouble than it was worth. Your mileage and experience may differ. Note: I kept the rubber suction ends and the "stems" for use in a vacuum machine I am building. Note: I needed to pick up and locate32 pin, 7x7mm QFP devices.

Disappointing
Conceptually a great product, but did not have enough strength to pick up even the lightest object.

Doesn't suck small SMD parts
Works OK for fairly large components (such as ATMEGA328 chip). Does not help at all for small components such as 0603 or 0402 parts which was the whole reason I purchased this.
