My bf would literally be on the john for 2 hours worth of diarrhea after drinking only 2 cups of coffee. He would go poop and think he was done and in 10 min. would have another explosion. I get migraines on occasion but have been migraine free for almost a year since figuring out my triggers (MSG is a big one). The first few days I used this, I was getting headaches & nausea but didn’t make the connection right away because I get Botox for migraines & was overdue. After a few more days the headaches were getting more & more severe. I finally realized I was waking up fine & getting them after my coffee. I blamed the caffeine initially, then I sprinkled this on tomato sauce a few days later and the headache came on instantly. The next morning I had coffee without this & was headache free. I really wanted to see if this was the cause so I tried it again a week later and the headaches came back. If you suffer from headaches be careful. It was by far one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

You may not notice the product’s slight taste in the sludge they serve at the office, but if you brew and enjoy really good coffee, you’re not going to like your coffee’s new taste. I applaud the stomach-saving idea behind this product, but it definitely imparts a taste that degrades good coffee.

This product has allowed me to have 1 cup of coffee per day. I am really grateful for my 1 cup of coffee. It took some time, but I figured out the ratio of coffee to water so that my coffee tastes just as good as before using this product. Pro tip: I think it's important to stir it into the coffee for the full 30 seconds like the instructions say.
