Bought bc we received one when we had a queen and loved it. Our (different brand) king when we upgraded just didn’t compare so we got this mattress. 10/10 comfort. We love a firm mattress and we hardly notice each other move on this one. Also love that with the memory foam you can just bring the box in your room and unroll it straight on the frame

Delivery review: delivery guy Boyer and helper were super professional. Will update when mattress expands and we sleep on it.Mattress: So far it is almost fully expanded, 2 hours after delivery. You DO have to “shuffle” the mattress casing to get the tension off the top layer so the mattress can fully expand. Just walk around and grab the mattress seam along the top, and gently pull a few times lightly all the way around, two hands at a time. Really helps the mattress to expand. I learned this method from a IDEA worker 8 years ago when I purchased my last mattress…

I purchased the king size version of this mattress during Amazon two day prime event in October 2024. The first mattress never reached its full expansion size. The head of the mattress was at least two inches lower than the rest of mattress. The corners and side of mattress also never expanded properly. These defects were noticeable after leaving the mattress in place a full week after purchase. Needless to say I returned this item for a replacement.The pickup of this mattress was another nightmare. Amazon gave me a 9:00a- 12:00p window for pickup. The driver showed up at 10:00a and told me his truck was already full. He said he would return at the end of day to pickup mattress. He never showed up at all on my scheduled pickup day. I was livid. I waited at my house all day for a pickup that never happened. I called Amazon customer service to find out why my mattress was never picked up. They gave me no real explanation only another pickup day. The driver arrived on time and removed the mattress from upstairs bedroom. While bringing the mattress down my staircase the mattress caught my led rail lights installed on baseboard. They destroyed the lights. After calling Amazon customer Service they agreed to reimburse me for the lights. I thought that was fair, but I still had to reinstall the lights on my staircase. You might think after going through this experience with the first mattress why would anyone order a replacement. Shame on me I did. I requested a replacement instead of a full refund.All I really want to say about the replacement mattress is that it is worse than the first. Not only does it have similar problems with expansion it also sags in the middle and has zero edge support. My wife and I slept on it for two nights. I woke up with hip and shoulder pain. My wife said she had a horrible nights sleep on it. I am returning this mattress also. I have requested a full refund.I usually don't write to many reviews on Amazon. I make exceptions to this when product is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. From my experience with two Nectar mattresses this item definitely fits the exceptionally bad category. This mattress might be suitable for a giant dog bed, but not much use for humans. Absolutely the worst mattress I have ever slept on.

I love Nectar mattresses. This is my third one. I would recommend buying. I didn’t get the Labor Day deal because I couldn’t get it from the Nectar website, but if you live were they don’t ship it, get it from here.

We bought this bed for my daughter who likes to sleep in quite a bit. She didn't like the bed at first and said it was uncomfortable. I'm not sure if she got used to it or the bed just needed to break in but now she loves it. I'd definitely buy it again.

We bought this bed three months ago, and it's still wonderful. It gives us support and is soft enough so our joints don't ache. (We're both in our mid-40s.) We definitely recommend this bed. We bought it during one of the sales but would also purchase it at full price. It's great value for the money.

Update, I was contacted by seller and I was able to return. The return process was easy once it got started. If you need to return your mattress do not wait until close to the deadline.Do not buy! This mattress is extremely soft and has caused pain in my back. They advertise a 365-night sleep trial, but have not responded to my three attempts to return the mattress.
