It's not OTICA Product but Made in China product imported and marketed by Sanjana Enterprises. OTICA is seller. OTICA is not brand, wrong information on Amazon. Product is good.Overall product is good, soft, quality is good,size is good enough and value for money.

Terrible nasal cannula
Awefull. Product is not as described or as depicted in the photo. It is not green colour as shown in the picture. Pipe too thin than featured. Plastic smell emanating. Disgusting to use

Amazon is non sympathetic to 81 year old. Though policy is fine but discretion is not being used even by seniors. Unfortunately this not the way big companies work. Humanitarian approach is missing. I am a prime member too.where is special status
