XiaomiRedmi Note 10 Pro - Smartphone 128GB, 6GB RAM, Dual Sim, Onyx Gray

I bought this phone for myself and later got for my daughter's birthday. We both happy with purchase. Separately I bought extra screen protector glass and even for camera. To keep this phone longer to use. Good quality camera. Have everything what need phone.

Hardware wise this is my best mobile yet. Its not particularly light but I can wield it OK. It responds quickly. Takes great photos. Is fast and has a good battery life. Fast charging works a treat.My 2 star reduction gripes with it are with the software. Its crashed a few times now - roughly once per week, running the Ordnance Survey App, Google Maps or the camera. I'm well used to the old "blue screen of death" on old Windows PC's, but this is the first mobile I've had that does it. Perhaps it'll get better as the Mi software matures, but a couple of times it just froze up and a hard reset was needed.The other gripe I have is intrusive advertising. Perhaps the World moved in in the last 3 years since I last bought a mobile, but this thing pops up a surprising video advert when you least expect it, usually when using Redmi's own "Mi" apps. Wish I'd known about this before I bought it. I can't stand intrusive adverts so it bugs me every time. Fortunately its not a frequent issue.Overall I'd say its well worth the money, and I'm happy to live with these foibles for another 3 years.Update March 2023: Seems to have got more stable with MUI14 OS update. Still very happy with it.Update April 2023: Dead battery problem turned out to be a bad charger. Still using it OK.

Best camera and macro lens Xiaomi has especially for the Price. This is my 2nd Note 10 pro. It's still getting updates and whilst it still does, i think I'll stick to this model.

So nice to have a phone that keeps its charge al day long

Baught this as a replacement for my Samsung s11It's advertised as 5g but it's definitely only 4gRoughly 12months in it started randomly turning offBattery life has significantly decreasedAt first it would last a good day and haft,Now I'm lucky if it lasts 8hours

If you play games It will heat up

I've had this phone for 6 months was bought for a patch between phone repairs but it's taken me 4.months to get mine sorted proving this phone is up to other standards!
