Easy to install and works well !!!
This Call Blocker was extremely easy to connect up and use, it seems to do everything it's claimed to be able to do and has certainly reduced the number of scam calls I used to receive. Since installation I have only had to manually block two scam calls and one telemarketing cold caller, it's certainly put paid to the scam Amazon calls from the USA telling me they were going to extract so many dollars from my bank account twice a day without fail and without having to do anything else at all. Although the instructions say some answer machines may need further tweaking if you experience problems my Panasonic one didn't. The only minor problem experienced was registering the warranty which insists on an American telephone number with no UK option - I just partially filled it in to get by this obstacle. All in all a great buy !!!

A Headline
Dear Andrew Sandbrook CPR CEO,I received your request for a product review, having provided favourable feed-back to amazon; however, amazon always appear to be ahead of their selves. I frequently receive products and a request for feed back within hours of delivery! I once gave a brief review with the product still wrapped before me, to state that it had arrived in one-piece! What more could I say?I am however, impressed with the quality and presentation of your product (& fitted it yesterday), that appears to be working properly. I have yet to receive a phone call, let alone one of those occasional calls which attempt to extort money or information to the callers’ advantage. For many years I was X-Directory, although my broadband which is not a fibre-optic line, appears to make this facility no-longer an option. I now look forward to a new initiative: my phone for my benefit! So, could you please put me down as a new user, quite ready to review your product appropriately, once I have familiarise myself with your product; in around six to eight weeks’ time, which should allow me time to master the blocker. Regards Bob

Fails to stop scam calls in 2023
Unit looks good and is relatively simple to install and use.But... It's biggest downfall is that it simply fails to stop the current collection of Indian scam call centres - ie the ones pretending to be Amazon or Visa Fraud (Late 2022, early 2023).OK, so you can program the unit with the numbers that the scammers use to call you - which I did. However, that strategy fails when the unit randomly self-resets to factory defaults and looses all the newly programmed numbers from the last several weeks of scam callers in the process. The unit has also locked up several times, needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset it so it works again. As a result, I've returned the unit as not fit for purpose.

Has a wide range of useful and effective functionality
An excellent device and the only one I could find with the optional functionality to block all calls other than those that I specifically add to the allow list (the xevixe operates in either block or allow modes). I was receiving such a large volume of unwanted calls, many from firms which would change their caller ID number so as to prevent them being properly identified and blocked. Hence, a block list does not solve this particular issue but an allow list does. The instructions could be clearer and with further detail on e.g. the consequences of either the serial or parallel set-ups. I ended up resorting to searching online where I found sites with further instructions and videos, e.g. on alternative methods of adding numbers to the allow list. However, the outcome is no nuisance calls. Magnificent... I do hear one or two phone rings before a nuisance call is terminated but this relates to my having a complex, many phone, set-up.

It works perfectly
Did everything it claimed to do. Very simple to use. Killed 100% of spam marketing calls – dead! :)After struggling to end spam calls, including joining TPS, going ex-directory, changing my phone number calls from Bombay still got through. Only this device ended the nightmare. Massively, highly recommended.
