It is a shame that any tablets are even listed without showing vitamin % contents!!!The lister deceptively claimed "Prenatal Complete Multivitamin for Pre-Post Pregnancy", when the ingredients photo (from amazon images) shows most of the vitamins are not even meeting minimum RDA requirement per day!As this does NOT meet even minimum requirement per day for regular human beings, this can cause deficiency in pre-natal women! and possible impact to the offspring in future.do NOT do this, the dubious intentions of lister are clear when they did not upload the ingredient vitamin % image but made tall claims deceptively claiming 'prenatal complete for pre-post pregnancy" this thing is incomplete even for regular women, definitely more incomplete for pregnant womenThis product is taking buyers for a ride with Low quality product that does NOT even meet minimum daily vitamin needs

I'm using this product for a month now and it looks good, like i don't feel anything but I think this multi vitamin are good because my hair quality is getting better
