It actually worked find. It solved my trouble shooting issues with wifi of switch.

Since the Switch doc does not have a port for Ethernet, it does feel like you are required to purchase this, but after a while with it, I HIGHLY reccommend that you get one for yourself if you play online consistenly. Trust me, just buy one of these adapters, get a good ethernet cable, and you will have consistent connection with Nintendo Switch Online.I am highly aware that this doesn't always solve the problem since Switch servers for some games like Splatoon are Peer to Peer (P2P, meaning that the connection depends on a set person's connection, typically the one with the 'best' connection) but it does help out in the long run.

Honestly barely used it but worked well! It was nice to have for less lag online gaming! I know there are 3rd party versions of this but it's just better to spend a little more for the insurance!

A little overpriced in mu opinion

I had issues with disconnecting in games like Mario Kart and Splatoon. I went and purchased this LAN adapter and all my issues were solved. Game updates are faster and connections are way more stable. Worth the price for the functionality.

We keep getting knocked off of Splat on the Switch. This made our internet better for gaming. Easy to setup and ready to use.
