The media could not be loaded. I took the gamble on this Black and White Chess Set by RadicalN and it was checkmate, meaning, this board was flawless and passed my OCD stamp of approval. The board is solid marble and the pieces have a nice weight to them and it's all custom made so I was impressed. This is exactly what I wanted for my counter top and this Chess Set has that high end and modern look that I was looking for. It looks like a $300 board and the quality and craftsmanship make this purchase worth the price in my opinion. Also, this company stands by the board and all the pieces and they had constant communication with to ensure I was satisfied. So really there's not much of a gamble here because if you aren't satisfied, they will replace it and stand by their work. Excellent customer service. Each board is unique and I love mine. Also, I like the marble on marble sound of the pieces when moving them, but if you want quiet pieces, they even provide padding to apply to the bottom of the pieces. The color of this board goes with anything too so overall, I'm glad that I chose this board over the others on Amazon.

I would have never imagined buying something like this, let alone a chess board in general but after playing it once, I knew we had to have one in our home. I wanted one that was aesthetically pleasing, especially if it was going to be out on our coffee table & it is absolutely beautiful. Definitely a great gift idea for the interior design/home decor lover in your life.

My kids love chess so I wanted a table set up for them to play on. This is one beautiful board. Heavy and great quality. My kids have dropped quite a few pieces on the wood floor and so far no breaks. They play multiple games a night and love it. No issues or complaints.

Received the box and setup the chess board. The board and pieces look great but there was one issue with the overall product. It came with 32 little foam pads to stick on the bottom of these pieces. However, the sticky part of the foam, protected by a white paper, comes off with the paper. Now I have 32 white pieces of sticky paper and useless foam circles.For a chess board of this quality, having foam bottoms cheapens the set as a whole. I would have appreciated if it included felt bottoms.

Always been a chess fan. It’s well made And very elegant to play with. worth the value. If there are uneven marks here or there it’s because it’s stone, not plastic, glass, nor metal. 2 suggestions bishops are a bit similar to pawns and the foam stickers are to thick, a few were squished on a side so the piece would not sit straight. Prefer not to use them. Overall very satisfied with the important aspects of this product.

I have reached out to the company so far no response. The chest pieces are nice and the baord it self is great but extremely warped and hard to use.

I enjoy playing chess with my Fiancé and we both enjoy the craftsmanship and the overall quality of the product. You pay for what you're getting and the generous return policy/fix policy is amazing. I know this chess set will last me a few generations. The peices are fragile, so if you have this out with; children, pets, rogue roomba vacuums, be weary.

Very cool heavy duty marble set. Pieces are solid and have good weight and feel. Only downsides are one square came cracked, the pawns are EXTREMELY tight in their styrofoam holder and very hard to remove. I’d hope for the price paid that it would come with a nicer place to put the board and pieces, styrofoam is all over the place every time you take the pieces out. Pieces play well but wobble a little bit when you attach all the rubber feet to each pieces and tend to fall over. I always wanted a marble set and this one wasn’t too bad.
