BELL Automotive 22-1-37015-8 Digital Clock, Multicolor, one Size

This replaces my dashboard clock and in the cold and the heat it keeps going and keeps good time.

I've had it now for about a month and use it in my car because the light to the clock radio had died, and I needed a timepiece that I could read at night. I like the fact that the numerals are large, but when the clock light is turned on, it is difficult to read the numerals through the intense blue light....it's actually easier to read the numerals as I drive under a street light, without the clock's backlight. The one major flaw this clock has is the positioning of the set buttons. Unless you dismount the clock and hold it in one hand while setting, you can't read the numerals in the window because your own hand is in the way pushing the buttons. I would have designed it with the control buttons on the side or back, where they could be pushed without your hand obscuring the numeral window. On the plus side, the clock has been very accurate for the last month.

I wanted something small, but easily readable in typical restaurant/bar lighting. This works great.* Outer diameter is 2" (I also measured it as 5.0 cm) per my measurements. Digits are 11 mm ( 0.43") tall.* As my title line says: solidly built and clear instructions.* It has a backlight -- press the silver "Bell" button at the top.* Takes a CR2032 battery (included) which are easy to find (e.g. at my local Walgreens drugstore), and are incredibly long-lasting from my many other uses in other devices.* Only negative is that it doesn't stand up vertically! I think my table is perfectly flat but when facing in all but one direction, it just falls down, no matter how careful. I don't care, but if it was a problem, I'm sure a little strip of cardboard and using the adhesion strip on the back of the clock would fix that.* Accuracy - after 5 weeks it has kept time to the minute. That's not a long time to judge, but so far so good.* If you are looking for something smaller, DON'T get the Universal Mini Motorcycle Clock Watch Waterproof Stick-On Motorbike Digital Clock Dia. 1.1"- 2 Pack. First the instructions were non-existent. Also it was smaller, which was good (more discrete), but too small for my eyes in a restaurant environment, and more importantly no matter how good your eyes are, the "1" looks like a "7" because the top leg of the "7" is incredibly short (to be clear, this is NOT a problem with the Bell Automotive clock, where all digits are very clear and distinct from each other).

Velcro didn't work and clock kept falling off dash into floorboard. But the clock itself did work, including light-up feature.

This clock is the perfect size for what we needed and we mounted it on our mirror in the bathroom, but it would go blank sometimes and now it's blank all the time. We only had it about a week before it started to go blank sometimes. When you press on the battery door with your finger, it will come on sometimes, but if you let go, it turns off again and resets the time to 12. We tried to make the door press on the battery all the time and that doesn't work. The battery is fine and it even happened with a brand new battery. I guess you get what you pay for, but it's not really worth returning, so we are just out the money and back to trying to find a small clock for the bathroom.

This is the perfect clock for the college dorm or bunk room when phones are not accessible. Small and light weight, can easily be adhered to wall or bed rail. This would also be great for camping un a tent.
